Small on purpose
Small on purpose — never more than about twenty people in a room.
That intimacy is what lets a conversation actually go somewhere, and it’s also why we can only open a handful of guest seats at a time.
A guest seat is exactly what it sounds like: you come to one session as our guest, with nothing expected of you afterward. If it’s your kind of evening, there’ll be a way to keep coming. If it isn’t, no hard feelings and no follow-up you didn’t ask for.
02 · THE EVENING
The opposite of networking
If you’re picturing a networking event, picture the opposite.
You leave your title at the door — not as a rule we enforce, it just turns out the conversation can’t go anywhere interesting until everyone does. There’s a drink, live music, and a room of people you’d never normally share a table with.
At some point the hat comes round: everyone writes down a real goal, and we draw a couple and spend proper time on them, together. You don’t have to perform. You can just be the version of you that’s curious about things.

We find the right evening
We’ll point you to an upcoming session and let you know if a seat is open. We’d rather match you to the right night than any night.

You come as you are
We’ll send a short note beforehand so you know exactly what to expect. Then you just turn up.
