Our Selection Process:
Application:
Interested individuals can apply through our website. We'll ask you about your interests, experiences, and what draws you to The Social Loft.
Review:
Our community team carefully reviews each application. We're not looking for specific qualifications or achievements. Instead, we're interested in your curiosity, openness to new ideas, and potential to contribute to and benefit from our community.
Conversation:
If your application intrigues us, we'll invite you for a casual conversation. This is a chance for us to get to know each other better and for you to ask any questions about The Social Loft.
Trial Event:
Selected applicants are invited to attend a trial event. This gives you a taste of The Social Loft experience and helps us ensure it's a good fit for both parties.
Membership Decision:
After the trial event, we'll make a decision about membership. If it's a mutual fit, welcome aboard!
